14. User Manual
Fabrication:
• All conventional and modern wood working tools
may be used for installing Divino Designer Panels.
The cutting blades, router bits must be sharp
edged to avoid chipping of the panel edges.
• Tongue & Groove edges of Divino Designer Panels
facilitate secured and robust installation. Screws
may be fixed on the groove edge of the panel
before inserting tongue of another panel in the
groove.
• For wall panel application, Divino Panels may be
fixed directly on Horizontal wooden batons or
aluminum pipes. This is to save on the cost of any
additional paneling material such as plywood etc.
The horizontal members of wood or aluminum must
however be fixed in a plumb level on the wall.
• Special feature of Laminate backing permits use
of any normal adhesives, like PVAc glues (Fevicol
or equivalent), for sticking the panels to substrates
such as Plywood, MDF, Particle boards etc. This
possibility will help immensely in applications
of sticking the panels on Doors or Shutters of
furniture.

15. User Manual
Application:
• Divino Designer Panels are for internal
applications only.
• Divino Designer panels should be used for
vertical surface application only.
• Panels should not be exposed to harsh
UV rays, direct sun light.
• Direct and prolong exposure to water should
be avoided.
Care & Cleaning:
• Divino Designer Panels may be cleaned with soft
damp cloth.
• For little hard stains, mild soap or household
detergents / cleaners may be used.
• Abrasive pads or harsh chemicals such as thinner,
turpentine, bleaching powder should never be used
to clean the panels.
• Panels are to be used away from heat generating
appliances like cooking hob, oven, iron, toaster,
cooker etc. Prolong exposure to heat is likely to
damage the panels.
• Sharp objects like knives are not to be used
on the panel.
• Please keep the panels in original packing or well
wrapped in plastic sheet till the time of actual
installation.
• It is highly recommended to cover the panels with
plastic / paper while the carpentry, pop, painting
work is in progress at site to avoid damage.
• Do not use masking tapes with very strong and
abrasive adhesive to cover the surface of the
panels. Such tapes damage the decorative surface.
Transport, Handling & Storage:
• Divino Designer Panels must be transported flat in
a full length vehicle (at least 3 mtrs) to prevent any
damage.
• Proper handling be done by sufficient number of
people considering the panel length of 3 mtr.
• Panels must be stored horizontally on a Flat
surface, off the floor, on at least 4 equal supports,
to protect them from damage and reduce the
chance of warpage.
• Panels must be stored internally in dry and
ventilated area. The temperature in storage area
may not exceed 45 degrees and relative humidity
may not exceed 65%.
