Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation fee prior to 15 days from the journey date: 50% of the
programme fee Cancellation done between 14-0 days from the journey date:

No Show – No Refund
EdTerra as well as the school holds the right to cancel the programme in the
event that minimum group size is not achieved. In this event, the entire
programme fee will be refunded.
If the journey is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances (political or
social instability, the inclement weather, natural disasters, terrorist attacks,
public hazards, etc.) that pose a threat to the safety and well being of the
participants, the cancellation policy will apply.
