oOutline of building showing its location dimensions
from property lines
oOutlines garage or other outbuildings
oDriveway and walk way outline and dimensions
oStreet location

oPositions of patios
oLawns
oGardens
oRoof outlines
oLandscaping features
oContour lines

4. Developing the Plot Plan
•Step A: Draw the outline of the Property
line
•Step B: Measure and draw the lines for
zoning setback
•Step C: Measure and draw outlines for all
structures and roof lines
•Step D: Draw in driveways, walkways, and
patios
