BUILDING DREAM TEAM Build Trust: Building team awareness and collaboration around the importance of trust by sharing experiences, storytelling and creating opportunities for the team to communicate and bond. Helping team members build trust in one another and trust in the team as a whole.

BUILDING DREAM TEAM Define Clear Roles and Responsibilities: Just as every footballer is given a specific position on the football pitch, each team member should understand exactly how their role contributes to the wider business objective.

BUILDING DREAM TEAM Set Goals and Objectives: Working as a team to set goals and revisiting them on a regular basis will help build teamwork while reinforcing the team’s commitment to the business. Define milestones and celebrate successes.

BUILDING DREAM TEAM Identify The Right Talent: Recruiting & retaining top talent is essential for high performance teams. Make sure the right talent is identified and retained.

Identify the Lifelong Learners: Individuals who have the capacity to continue learning new ways of doing things and relish learning new information, will bring vibrancy to the organization. Team Evaluation Schedule Monthly Evaluations Annual Evaluations

Team Evaluation Process Team evaluations will be performed based on standard procedures for the respective categories.

Scheme Implementation Process Approval from the Management Arrange Managers’ Meeting to share the Dream team purpose. Team Captain to provide their respective Team Names. Evaluators/Auditors Meet to discuss the evaluation criteria. Team Meeting to explain the KPIs and Rewards for the achievers. Dream team Journey begins from 1 st of July 2022 First Evaluation Report to be submitted by the end of first week of August 2022. Rewards distribution in the second week of every month.
