The Class : anti- inectives . ONCE DAILY . Indications: Topical : Local treatment of primary and secondary bacterial skin infections . Contraindicated: in Hypersensitivity to fusidic acid . action : Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis. side effect :1. A slight redness in the area. Nursing considerations: - Clean site with soap and water before each application. - Evaluate therapeutic response. FUSIDIC ACID 20%
miconazole (topical) The Class: antifungals ( topical) Indications :Treatment of a variety of cutaneous fungal infections. Action: Decrease in symptoms of fungal infection . Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to miconazole . Side Effects :hypersensitivity reactions, redness. Nursing Considerations: Observe any signs adverse effects on the skin Avoid contact of drug with eyes. #ONCE DAILY (PRN)MEDICATION.

DO NOT GIVE TO : a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding. liver or kidney disease. side effects : changes in your vision, bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation. PRN MEDCTION .
