7. Cycle Tests
Paper Valuation & Mark Submission to HOD – Before Next Working
Day, 12:30 PM
Pass Mark – 70% (21 out of 30)
Failures – Less than 70%
i.Present on Saturday and write test in those same questions (No
College Transport)
ii.Information to students & parents well in advance by the respective
Mentor
iii.Absentees on Saturday – Not permitted on Monday unless proper
explanation from student and parent.

8. Continuous Assessment Test (CAT)
2 CATs – Portions 2 Units; Questions SHOULD NOT be given earlier to Students
Eligibility to appear for CAT – Secured Pass (70% & Above) in both Cycle Tests
Coaching – Previous day of the subject 6

9. Internship Students - II & III Years
2 CATs – Same QP SHALL be given earlier to Students
Test – During Saturday & Sunday; Common Conduction
Test Time – 3 Courses per day (2 Hrs 15 Min duration each)
Session 1 - 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM
Session 2 - 11:30 AM to 1:45 PM
Session 3 - 2:30 PM to 4:45 PM
Paper Valuation & Mark Submission to HOD – Before Next 2 Working Days
Pass Mark – 60% (60 out of 100)
Failures – Remedial Test before last working day
Invigilation – Duties will be allotted to all Faculty; if on holidays – 1 CPL for
2 sessions

10. Internship Students - Final
Year
Same Procedure followed in the previous semesters
Ensure 100% attendance in all courses for ESE
If not, those students will not be registered for ESE
