と sensitive architecture. For 15 years Ar. Raghu and his team have practiced 'GREEN' architecture, constantly

innovating to include every known sustainable means to strive towards an ever-lighter footprint.
Creating spaces that have a deep sense of purpose, culture and surrounding have won him many
accolades over the years. His design for a world class campus for Indian Institute of Crop Processing
Technology was highly appreciated by the Indian Ministry. He was part of the elite team which was
instrumental in creating India’s 1st Platinum rated “green” building which stood second in the world. Their
work was greatly admired and felicitated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam (then Honourable President) with this
prestigious award from UGBC (US Green Building Council). Restoration and transformation of old

buildings, giving them a new lease on life is one of the many arrows in his quiver.

An alumnus of NIT, Ar. Raghu refuses to settle into a niche when it comes to sustainability and efficient

design. While maintaining a universal outlook and creating spaces that blend in with their surroundings

in organic ways, he reinterprets them with a unique and contemporary design sensibility. The projects on

his pallete ranges from corporate offices for large MNCs to economic and sustainable residences for the
AR ~ common man. His distinct style of architecture using local materials and green concepts are reflected in
