7. Teacher-applicant shall prepare/submit Daily Lesson Plan (DLP) and NOT Daily Lesson Log (DLL). Teacher must affix his signature in the DLP. DLP shall be signed by the teacher. DLP must contained the essential parts and should present the flow of the lesson. The integration of the lesson and the different indicators are observable in the DLP. These indicators shall be validated in the actual demonstration teaching. It is not necessary that the indicators and annotation will be written in the DLP. HEEDS!

8. Observer shall focus on the process. DLP must be fresh. It means that the teacher shall teach the lesson of the day in his demonstration teaching. The observer shall use the BOW to confirm if the lesson is fresh. CO shall be done from top to bottom of the lesson. Teacher are not allowed to exceed with the allotted time for the lesson. HEEDS!
