Armurox Louisiana 1. Project goal Potential of Liquid Formulation Containing Soluble Silicon and Peptides as Foliar Source of Silicon in Wheat. Determine if Armurox enhances wheat growth and productivity. Determine if Armurox application can minimize rust infection in wheat.

Armurox Louisiana 5. 2nd year field study results Need to have an additional site-year especially that this year was considered below average with respect to yield. -2nd field study was perform in 2016 (same protocol than in 2015). Related to disease ratings Armurox impact on leaf rust reduction was comparable with Wollastonite (Ben Hur Farm, 2016).

Armurox Louisiana 6. Conclusions Wheat production in Louisiana has been suffering for three consecutive years, something that we could not control such as untimely large amount of rainfall. The positive observation we had in terms of leaf rust reduction in wheat from foliar application was not fully realized in yield increases due to weather limitations.
