•According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary communication is “the act or
process of using words, sounds, signs, or behaviors to express or exchange
information or to express your ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc., to someone
else”.

•Professor Albert Mehrabian’s book Silent Messages concluded that only 7%
of communication is verbal while the other 93% is non-verbal. 55% body
language and 38% tone of voice.
