2. INTRODUCTION The Electricity Billing System has been developed to override the problems prevailing in the practicing manual system. To develop an online system to manage electrical billing for the administrator and customer to collect the power consumption information and integrate with centralized database system.This project is aimed at developing a web application that depicts the calculation of electrical bill and generate a report on the power consumption information through online.It maintains the information about the personal and official details of the bills.

3. OBJECTIVE This project is an innovation,which makes the way of paying electricity billsd simple compared to other existing projects. The aim of our project is to develop a system that is meant to partially computerized the work performed in the electricity board like generating monthly electricity bill, record of consuming unit of energy,store record of the customer and previous unpaid record. It maintains error free database and easily incorporates the future developments and changes. To develop an well-designed database to store employee information. Provides full functional reports to management of electricity bills.

20. LIMITATIONS Besides the above achievements of the project ,we still have some limitations listed as below: It is not a large scale system Only limited information provided by this system. Since it is an online project , people who are not familiar with the connection cannot cope with this system.
