Pham Hai is an excellent infrastructure expert with over 10 years of experience. He
has worked for a wide range of projects throughout Vietnam from the planning stage
to the construction stage and has collaborated with various consultancy companies
overseas. His planning & design projects range from 30 - 500 ha, master planning up
to 22,000 ha in scale.
At enCity, Hai manages the planning and design department in the Vietnam offices
with a team of experts in planning, urban design, architecture and transport planning.
Sharing about his planning principles, Hai said: "Planning and design always need to
be associated with construction implementation, management and operation. We
prioritize creating impacts by breakthrough design planning strategies and practical
proposals with high feasibility."
