A hypermarket to effectively cater to the needs of the high density of population in Noida and Delhi . In built 6 screen Big Cinemas , also includes a gymnasium and bowling alley to revive our life. This mega mall boasts of over 258 outlets , which includes F & B, discotheque and all major retail stores like Big Bazaar, Lifestyle, Shopper Stop, Pantaloons, and Globus etc. Multi cuisine food court with fine dining, cafes, specialty snacks and various restaurants. The rides are imported from Italy, Switzerland and USA . This ensures an international experience. The footfall comprises of Media working people and the students with high on disposable income and high propensity to spend on family shopping and entertainment. Water park Spread over 9.5 acres , water park will be based on the theme of 'Calypso Bay' will have a colourful Caribbean beach party atmosphere The park will offer its visitors a lush tropical environment to enjoy all types of water related activities. The park would offer dedicated zones for teens and would have two wave pools at the heart of the park.

6. Water park in site plan Water Park is spread across 10 acres and hosts 23 attractions. All activities in Water Park are closely monitored by a team of highly trained lifeguards. ‘Rapid Racer’ is the star attraction but the real gateway to a nail biting experience is the ‘Turbo Tunnel’ .

Several other elements like sculptures are provided which includes the hard landscape. Different types of tiles are used in the flooring and for making sitting spaces under trees. Pedestrian are made up of pavement block and PCC. Inside the water region rubber sheet are used to prevent the floor to become slippery.

Locker counter, lost and found, costume counter are provide near the entry gate. Different types of sitting spaces are available. Food court and restaurants are available inside the water park. restrooms are placed at convenient place. Pair of dustbins are provided for biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste. Waiting area provide for parents in kids zone. Inside the pedestrian there was display panels for instruction. Battery cars are available for artists who are performing inside.

10. Information about rides OBSERVATION POSITIVE POINTS Water park is accessible by physically abled persons too. Trainer are available near every rides for visitors safety. Rides for all age group are available.   NEGATIVE POINTS No proper sitting arrangement in kids zone for parents. Amount of trees are used is very less. No battery car available for visitors.
