3. Our Philosophy PRODUCTS We primarily use low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) paints or zero VOC – Super Compliant VOC paints. VOC’s are organic chemical compounds that have high enough vapor pressures to vaporize and harmfully enter the atmosphere. Americans spend 90% of their time indoors where studies estimate indoor air quality to be 3 to 5 times more toxic than outdoor air. This is largely caused by toxic emissions of paints and finishes. Using Low VOC paints really does benefit air quality to a large degree. We use non-solvent industrial coatings and stripping products. We use compliant low-VOC painting solvents to clean our paint application equipment to achieve long-term use We use high-quality sealants and caulk to make your home more energy efficient. We recycle empty paint cans and dispose of paints and solvents properly. For water-based painting, we clean up with water only, and we do not rinse the clean-up water down the storm drain. 14. Rock with Mural in background. Rock Outcrop Artificial Rock work is a theming process that combines creativity and engineering. Engineers make sure main structure is done properly to support the weight of the construction. The creative team assemble the main structure with volumes that later will become the finish product.

15. Carved Rock Work Carved Stone Walls Once the volumes are set up, begins the layers of concrete. The Creative Designs will tell the thickness of the layers to apply. Once the layer is applied the carvers will create the textures based on the designs. After that, Scenic painters will give the final look with washes and glazes.

SURFACE TECHNIQUES Venetian Plaster Skip Trowel Venetian Plaster Rustic Venetian Plaster Venetian plaster is a wall and ceiling finish consisting of plaster mixed with marble dust, applied with a spatula or trowel in thin, multiple layers, which are then burnished to create a smooth surface with the illusion of depth and texture. It can also be applied differently such as Skip Trowel to give a distress look or Rustic to give a high textured look to your interior or exterior walls. When applied correctly, Venetian plaster can be used to create a highly polished, rock-hard, marble-like finish. Venetian plaster is especially useful on surfaces where marble panels could not be installed easily, and on surfaces that would be too expensive to have carved from real marble such as columns, corbels and curved walls. Venetian plaster can be tinted, or colored using natural or synthetic colorants. The ability to tint Venetian plaster is especially helpful when a specific color of "marble" is desired, or when a color that does not exist naturally is wanted.
