Day-8 Previously maked plate is drilles to the frame at bottom middle point to at a height 15 cm welded The board fitted to the frame by using nut and bolt At last the board places in post by using nut and bolt the post plate and board plate jointed
Day – 9 Make an ring of diameter 42 cm by using cast iron pipe of 12 mm thickness and an handle of length 15 cm welded to the ring , a support flat plate welded ring to handle end And also a plate made of dimension 110×110 mm , drill holes corners of the plate these plate welded to the handle end . These ring is fitted to the board by using nut and bolt
Day -10 Painting section – clean the post by using sandpaper The base and post paintee by using 1 st coating Expect board Board frame using red color and also the ring
Day -11 The second coat paint painting Base – black color Post – white Assembling the project work
