Click ' Ok, ' then ' Save ,' and finally ' Finish ' to complete the backup process. Transfer the backup files to your new system. Open  QuickBooks  on the new system. Go to the  File  menu. Choose ' Restore the backup file. ' Wait for the restoration process to complete.
