E-LAN: A layer 2 Ethernet connection that allows End-Users to communicate transparently and
directly with other End-Users within the same ELAN Domain,
L2-VPN: A point to point L2 VPN Connection and/or L2 VPN Service Port.A point to multipoint
topology can be established by ordering multiple point to point L2 VPN Connections on the same
L2VPN Service Port,
L3-VPN: A layer 3 connection that allows End-Users to establish multipoint-to-multipoint
connections,
L3 VRD(Virtual Routing Domain) : A set of IP addresses and forwarding tables which will be
administered and created as described in RFC2547 for the purpose of routing IP traffic;

Patching: A service provided by NC for the installation and maintenance of Patch Cables at the
Patching Locations.
Co-Location: Supply of leased equipment rack space to RSP, NC can charge based on the location,
Space, electricity consumption, remote control.
Lead-In Duct: A duct within the Lead-In Pipe that enables the pulling and installation of
telecommunications transmission cables from the Lead-In Manhole into the relevant NC CO.
IOT: A Service provisioning test to RSP, including interconnection test, volume, performance test,
service providing test. IOT will be charged based on the test categories.

ETC (Early Termination Charge): when customer terminate service before contract expires,
Rental will be charged.
Labor Charge: Based on the labors, time and period when no fault is found, If NC’s fault, free of
charge.
Labor Holiday Charge: Beyond the duty hours, 1.5 times; weekend or holiday 2 times.
OTC Waiver: OTC waiver request and audit before effectiveness, in case of making wrongs.
