About Adani Skill Development Centre Adani Skill Development Centre (ASDC) is a Company incorporated under the Company Act 2013 (non-Profit organization) having its registered office at Adani Corporate House, Adani Shantigram Township, SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, PIN-382421 (herein after referred as "ASDC") which expression shall include its subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, and legal assigns and successors. ASDC, with an ideology to make the youth of India " Saksham ", brings World Class Skill Development Trainings for Indian Youth through partnering with various Corporates and other placement organizations and thereby undertaking programs to provide vocational/employable skills training to youth from various sections of society, for obtaining jobs in the industrial / service sector. This programme is conducted through individual Projects, formulated by the First Party, and some of these projects could be sanctioned / financially supported by government of India or State Governments

Ramchandra Lane Extn , Kanchpada , Malad West, Mumbai 400064, (herein after called as "SODEXO", one of India's largest service providers which is engaged in the business of providing food and facilities management services.
