Problem Statement These days it is an important issue to keep the reliability of power supply in transmission and distribution. Power distribution network is much larger then power transmission network Almost 80% faults occur on distribution system It is important to have a system that is accurate and fast in detection of fault in the system Conventionally fault was identified and localized by visual inspection.
