1. Health Information Unit Main Stakeholders (Hospital lab Staff, Professional Colleges etc.) Participate and facilitate the requirement collection process Review, revise and finalize the requirements timely Support implementation activities and change management Provide timely feedbacks Attend the meetings and workshops Provide technical guidance Provide technical assistance through consultants and ICTA Provide the support for infrastructure required Provide the access to the required backend services - facility registry, provider registry, institutional registry, terminology services, interoperability infrastructure HiQi Project Office Developers DDG/LS & D/LS Provide necessary administrative clearances required Arrange and facilitate the regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders, developers and HIU Monitor the progress of the work Getting the support of the lab equipment suppliers to facilitate equipment integration Facilitate the process of implementation and training Monitor the project activities Release funds on time Comply with the conditions mentioned in the ToR and the agreement  Develop URS, SRS, design, develop, implement, train and maintain the LIMS Roles & Responsibilities
