Filling passport application form online

1. How to fill Passport Application Form Online

2. Visit Passport Seva Portal http://passportindia.gov.in Register yourself as new user and login to your account.

3. Click the category as ‘Apply for Fresh Passport / Reissue of Passport’. Click the highlighted link to fill the application form online.

4. Enter the Passport Type information.

5. Enter Applicant Details.

6. Enter Applicant Details (contd.). Click Save My Details to avoid losing entered data.

7. Enter Family Details.

8. Enter the Present Address details.

9. Enter the Emergency Contact details.

10. Enter neighbourhood references from your area.

11. Enter the Previous Passport details, if applicable.

12. Select options corresponding to other details.

13. Select ‘I Agree’ checkbox and then click the ‘Submit Form’ button to submit the form.

14. View saved/submitted application.

15. Schedule an appointment for visiting the PSK.
