INTRODUCTION The project titled as “ SJVN Limited Intranet Website” includes registration of employees, storing their details into the system, and also computerized generation in the project progress in different project sites . The application has the facility to set a unique id by every employee and stores the details of every employee automatically. User can to see the availability of claim status, salary details, EPF balance etc. The SJVN Limited Intranet Website can be entered using a username and password for module Employee Corner. It is accessible either by an administrator or employees. Only they can add data into the database. The data can be retrieved easily. 5. PURPOSE OF PROJECT The real-world intranet has a wonderfully broad scope, and organizations must look at the whole picture to create a business tool that is an essential part of day-to-day work . CONCLUSION Since existing system take lot of much time to update the information in backend and data retrieval take lot of much time and when user access any information it is time consumed process. Using this application we can easily and provide data to user in less time compare to existing system. Thus processing information will be faster . It guarantees accurate maintenance of organisation details and user information. It is also provide an organisation culture to users. Now we provide better GUI compare to existing system.
