ADVANCED EXCEL - 24U5CAS03 Finding and Replacing Data Correcting and Expanding Upon Worksheet Data Finding Data Using the Find Command : Press Ctrl + F to open the Find and Replace dialog box. Enter the text or value you want to find in the "Find what" field. Click "Find Next" to locate the next occurrence or "Find All" to see all occurrences at once. Advanced Options : Click "Options" in the Find and Replace dialog box to expand search options. You can search within a sheet or the entire workbook. Choose to match the case, match entire cell contents, or search by rows or columns.
ADVANCED EXCEL - 24U5CAS03 Entering and Revising Data Replacing Data Using the Replace Command : Press Ctrl + H to open the Find and Replace dialog box with the Replace tab selected. Enter the text or value you want to find in the "Find what" field and the replacement text or value in the "Replace with" field. Click "Replace" to replace the first found instance or "Replace All" to replace all instances at once. Advanced Replacement Options : Click "Options" to access additional settings for more precise replacements. Use the same search options as in the Find command to match case, entire cell contents, and search within specific areas.

Enter a formula in a cell starting with an equals sign (=), followed by the function name and arguments. Creating Tables : Select a range of data and go to the Insert tab, then click "Table" to convert the range into a structured table. Tables come with built-in sorting, filtering, and formatting options.

Go to the Home tab, click "Conditional Formatting," and choose a rule type to apply.
