Agency Ten22
Acquisition
Since 2005, Agency Ten22 has offered public relations, content
management, social media, and digital marketing services for
small to medium-sized companies in the health IT industry. In
order for the Ten22 team to further deliver cutting-edge services
and bring the resources and reach of a global agency to work for
their clients, the agency joined FINN Partners in July 2021.

The addition of Agency Ten22 further strengthens the FINN
position as one of the world’s largest independent Health
Practices. Furthermore, Agency Ten22 and the FINN Health
Practice share perspectives on the complex U.S. health
ecosystem and the belief that sector clients need access to
high-impact creative – across media channels – in order to enter
the health payer, product innovation and provider sectors.

Kelly Schlageter, Chief People Officer at Acentra Health, brings vast experience in
communications, workplace culture, and talent development to her role. Schlageter
supports Acentra Health’s employees and clients with a people-first approach. Her
leadership philosophy is centered on clean, values-based communication and
teamwork. Schlageter strengthens internal and external relationships, leading with
empathy and delivering real value. This is evident in her accomplishments at Acentra
Health in addition to her numerous community service and board positions
throughout Virginia.

Schlageter is committed to employee well-being, demonstrated through supportive
workplace initiatives like “no internal meeting Fridays,” and employee wellness
programs. As a member of The Economic Club of Washington, D.C., Schlageter uses
her platform to shape conversations at the intersection of healthcare, policy, and
workforce transformation. She amplifies the voices of those she serves and has
implemented programs, including “Acentra Health Cares,” to create opportunities for
Acentra Health employees to positively impact the broader Virginia community.
Under her leadership, Acentra Health’s support of the “No Kid Hungry” campaign
and its Corporate Social Responsibility Program has resulted in over 3,000 hours of
employee volunteer service and over $332,000 in contributions across the U.S. and
India. Additionally, Schlageter played a key leadership role in the merger that created
Acentra Health, successfully unifying two organizations under a shared vision and
purpose.

As Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at CNSI, rebranded to
Acentra Health in 2023, Schlageter rebuilt the communications team during the
COVID-19 pandemic and guided the company through critical moments of change.

In her past role as Communications Director at Inova Center for Personalized Health,
she led a successful public relations campaign to rezone the 117-acre Inova Center for
Personalized Health campus, a major win that demonstrated her strategic thinking
and execution. These innovations raised the company’s profile and directly
contributed to its competitive edge in the marketplace.

Downey leads Cleveland Clinic’s procurement team of 20 individuals across hundreds
of supply categories. Under his guidance, the Clinic continues to set the standard for
healthcare supply chain, sharing best practices through top-tier media interviews and
panels. Downey is a recognized supply chain expert and national speaker.

supply chain priorities throughout WellSpan Health’s growing portfolio.

Pumphrey helped establish the AllSpire Health GPO, a purchasing partnership among six
health systems designed to reduce costs and improve care quality. Under his guidance,
WellSpan implemented a vendor scorecard to ensure equitable vendor evaluations,
promoting diversity and sustainability across supply chain decisions. Notably, he also
collaborated with the health system’s performance improvement team to produce what

recognized her efforts, highlighting Fried’s meaningful impact and leadership within her

budget and led a 54% reduction in distribution expenses – savings that continue to benefit the
organization. Riemer is a community-oriented leader. In 2023, he quickly sourced and
delivered supplies from GBMC’s inventory to help mitigate a shortage of protective gowns at
the Maryland Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals as a result of a viral outbreak. His
work continues to shape a more resilient, responsive supply chain that supports both clinical
care and community needs.

Riemer’s strategic leadership ensured an uninterrupted supply of PPE during COVID-19. His
strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners ensured GBMC has critical materials
and avoided delivery disruptions. His efforts contributed significantly to GBMC earning the
2020 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
