Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of
Business Management (Financial Investment Analysis) -
BBA(FIA), and Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) -
B.Sc (CS).
Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is a premier
institution of the University of Delhi, imparting excellent
education in the fields of Management, Finance and
Information Technology. The college was established in
1987 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development,
Government of India, as the first collegiate business
college in India. It is considered one of the top colleges
under Delhi University. It has been ranked as the best
undergraduate Business School in India by India Today
Magazine for the past 2 years.

FinX is the official finance society of Shaheed
Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of
Delhi. We’re a group of dedicated and intellectual
financial enthusiasts with the mission of
disseminating knowledge and organising ground-
breaking competitions across India. FinX is one of
the college's oldest societies, having achieved
significant heights throughout its 34-year history.
FinX is not just the college's oldest society; it also
conducts Delhi University's largest finance festival,
attracting thousands of students and observing a
footfall of over 5000+ students, intellectuals, and
academicians.

FinWiz - The Annual Finance Festival of Shaheed
Sukhdev College of Business Studies began in 1995
with a one-of-a-kind stock market simulation that
never failed to disappoint finance and stock market
enthusiasts.
Celebrating 34 years of FinX, FinWiz is now back with
its 30th edition. Join us on an exhilarating journey
which tests your knowledge about trading, portfolio
management, valuation, corporate finance and
financial instruments.
Over a span of 30 years, FinWiz has grown to become
one of the biggest finance fests at the undergraduate
level, & the event now incorporates finance-based
simulations based on banking, infrastructure funding,
foreign currency and stock markets which compels
participants to rack their brains and brings out the
best in them.

7. The 29th edition of FinWiz – A Wealth of Possibilities
was a resounding success, offering finance
enthusiasts a platform to test their skills through four
high-stakes competitions, each designed to challenge
different aspects of financial acumen.
The Bulls & Bears Stock Market Simulation, the
flagship event, provided participants with an immersive
mock stock trading experience, where they navigated
market fluctuations, analyzed trends, and made real-
time investment decisions.
The CBS Valuation Challenge, a rigorous case
competition, tested contestants on their ability to
evaluate businesses, assess financial statements, and
craft strategic valuation models, with Parth Verma
(Founder, The Valuation School)and Sunil Kumar Jain
(Founder, IGL Genesis Technologies Ltd.) as judges.

10. Bulls and Bears is a high-intensity stock market
simulation that replicates real-world trading conditions.
Participants will be tasked with building an entire
market model from scratch, selecting companies,
setting their stock prices, and generating market-
moving news for each round. Additionally, technical
charts will be provided alongside news updates,
requiring participants to analyze trends and predict
stock movements.
The challenge will test competitors' ability to interpret
market sentiment, assess financial data, and make
informed investment decisions. The ability to anticipate
and react to market fluctuations will determine the
success of the participants in this exhilarating
competition.

11. CBS SIMULATION CHALLENGE
The Simulation Challenge is a test of financial
modeling and strategic decision-making.
Participants will be required to construct a
comprehensive model incorporating multiple
variables and intricate details, with a strong
emphasis on ideation and problem-solving.
This challenge demands an in-depth
understanding of financial instruments, risk
assessment, and scenario analysis.
Competitors must develop dynamic models
that can adapt to changing economic
conditions and market trends, demonstrating
their ability to design sophisticated financial
frameworks.

12. CBS VALUATION CHALLENGE
The Valuation Challenge is designed for participants to
demonstrate their proficiency in corporate valuation and
financial modeling.
Competitors will be given two companies undergoing a merger
or acquisition and will be required to determine the value of the
newly formed entity. The first round will consist of valuation-
based questions uploaded on Unstop, while the second round
will involve an in-depth assessment of participants' valuation
decks. The final round will be judged by an esteemed panel of
industry professionals, with the organizing team playing a key
role in determining the ultimate winners.
This challenge is an excellent opportunity for finance
enthusiasts to showcase their ability to analyze financial
statements, project future cash flows, and apply valuation
methodologies in a real-world context.

13. CBS FINANCE CHALLENGE
The Finance Challenge, an Equity Research competition held
under Crescendo—the annual fest of SSCBS—offers participants
an opportunity to delve deep into the fundamentals of financial
markets.
Competitors will conduct thorough equity research, evaluating
companies based on financial performance, industry trends, and
market positioning. This challenge will require participants to
prepare detailed reports, including investment recommendations
supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis. It serves as an
