Food Fest

At the Delhi Palate fest there were cuisines from India, the Arab world and the Oriental. The stalls were a delight for the eye and the palate. There were authentic traditional foods, merger of various cuisines and creative recipes.

1. Chinese delights Roasted duck and dumplings.

2. Oriental Cuisines  Sushi, Dim sums, Salads, Woks, Tempura , Desserts and many more..

3. Rolls & Kebabs Muttons, Chicken and Paneer grilled slowly and carefully.

4. Cakes and Bakes: Cakes, tarts, brownies, cookies, chocolates and more……….

5. Unlimited Potato  Baked potato with cheese and sauces.

6. Waffles - Sweet or Savoury Waffles served with various accompaniments like ice-creams, sauces, fruits.

7. Turkish Flavour  Meat being slowly grilled on a rotating skewer. ‘ Shawrma ’ in Turkish means turning .

8. Kerala Cuisine ‘The Toddy Shop’ that served authentic Kerala food like porotta , stew, karimeen pollichatu ….
