Complete Fracture: The bone is clearly broken, fully through, into two or more pieces. Transverse: Fracture at right angle to the shaft of bone. Oblique: Fracture at an angle to the shaft of bone. Spiral: Caused by twisting injury. Comminuted: Two or more bone fragments. Impacted: Fractured bone forced together Types Of Fracture: 1) Complete Fracture.
