FUEL CONVERSION As Supreme Court prohibited pet coke and furnace oil as an Industrial fuel, CHW FORGE have set an excellent example by opting PNG-a cleaner source of energy But PNG could not be fully satisfied in terms of Cost savings. Hence Naveen Gas Service and BPCL jointly provided a new solution - LPG LOT Gas Bank System to CHW, which is more cost effective.

4. WHY THIS CONVERSION TO LPG ?

5. The Calorific Value of LPG is 46.1 MJ/kg, highest among all conventional fuels. Hence a greater amount of fuel is converted into usable heat. Due to complete combustion, it doesn't leave deposites on exchange surfaces as well 1. EFFICIENCY

6. LPG has the lowest green house emissions . As CHW's motto is to go Standby /Alternate fuel for PNG with Cost Effectiveness .The LPG fits perfect for them because of no smoke generation, soot and unborn particles. 2. Perfect Replacement of PNG

7. In the long term, the commercial viability of LPG is very higher than other conventional fuels. When Maintenance cost and efficiency are taken into consideration, LPG is always one step ahead. 3. COMMERCIAL VAIBLITY
