Future Timeline

We all are excited to know what the Earth will be like in the future and what all facilities will the Humans have. We've seen many movies but this thing is far from movies. Its a calculated and thoughtful guess of what the Earth will be like in the future.
I had made this presentation in the 4th semester of my Engineering.

1. Welcome to The Future….

2. The 22 nd Century Continued environmental destruction. Rapid growth of Transhumanism . Major developments in space travel. World's energy comes from either fusion or renewable sources. Artificial intelligence now surpasses human intelligence. Significant developments in quantum physics. Manned settlements on the Moon and Mars. Asteroid mining and the first probes to Alpha Centauri.

3. 2100 to 2149 Extreme droughts. Super typhoons have increased tenfold. Chemistry of Earth’s ocean is altered. Terraforming of Mars underway. Femtoengineering is practical. Mind uploading. The International space elevator. Large scale civilian settlements on moon underway.

4. 2150 to 2199 Interstellar travel is becoming possible. Androids physically indistinguishable from real humans. Hi-tech automated cities. Mass extinctions are leveling off. The first kilometer size space station. Antimatter power plants. Matter replication devices.

5. The 23 rd Century AI completely dominates the planet now. Human mind can be fully detached and immersed within digital environments. Purification of the Earth's atmosphere and water. Asteroid mining is a booming industry. Venus and Mars both have terraforming programmes underway. The mystery behind origin of the Universe is yet to be finally solved.

6. 2200 to 2249 Virtual reality. Manufacturing industries have been entirely automated now. Poverty, hunger and diseases are being eradicated worldwide. The Light Year Array is operational. Antimatter fueled spaceships.

7. 2250 to 2299 Super technology to capture solar radiations. Teleporters available for civilian use. Hydrogen and helium are being siphoned from the gas giants. Speed of aircrafts almost 0.9c. Water obtained from Trojan asteroids used to create atmosphere on Venus and Mercury. Huge power plants and miners on Saturn and Uranus.

8. The 24 th Century Superhuman powers are available to common citizenry. Mars terraforming underway. Lakes and seas built on Mars. A variety of plant life has been introduced.

9. The 26 th Century Mars has been T erraformed . Giant solar mirrors were placed in orbit to reflect solar energy to Mars. Construction of large number of heat factories on Mars. Magnetic field created on Mars. Plastics and other 21 st century wastes are disappearing from Earth’s biosphere.

10. The Far Future Venus has been T erraformed (2700 AD). Purely biological humans are 7ft tall, having lifespan of 120+
