Agenda What is G12 OVE SUYNL LIFE CLASS/ENCOUNTER SOL CELL GROUP PID/PLD
What is G12 ? General concept The G12 Vision is a Christian evangelism and discipleship strategy established by Pastor César Castellanos, the founder of International Charismatic Mission Church. G12 has been adopted worldwide by different churches. G12 means The Government of Twelve. It is a strategy for evangelism and multiplication. This strategy is based on a believer’s love for Jesus and therefore a compassion for the souls. It was birth out of the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19-20.
What is G12 ? The Vision is also about forming disciples after Jesus character. Jesus’ greatest desire is to see lives completely change through His Blood. He knows that the only way that lives are transformed is through the Power of the Cross. The Vision THE G12 VISION IS AN EFFECTIVE STRATEGY SO THAT YOUR CHURCH WINS SOULS AND THEN MAKES THEM DISCIPLES WHO CAN WIN OTHERS! IT IS A GOD GIVEN STRATEGY It facilitates a church to fulfill the Great Commission given by the Lord Jesus to “Go and make disciples …” (Matthew 28:19). The fundamental pillars of the G12 Vision are Winning Souls, Retaining the Fruit and Multiplying it by forming disciples. A disciple can only be formed when they have been won and consolidated correctly. The G12 Vision is a strategy that allows each believer to develop as a true disciple of Jesus, reaching spiritual maturity (Ephesians 4:13).
What is G12 ? G12 is Relationship Based Jesus spent most of His crucial time with His twelve. It is most important to meet once a week in small groups that spend focused time on strengthening relationships. When you meet, you should be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and put aside all other distractions and allow the Holy Spirit to strengthen and minister to the team. Jesus had a consistent and permanent relationship with His twelve that enabled him to discern when something was out of order. Having a consistent relationship with your disciples will allow you to know them intimately and will enable you to minister to them continually. All leaders take their disciples through a process of inner healing and deliverance where chains of religious patterns and demonic oppression are broken. A person who is not ministered to cannot minister to others.

freeze Destination Training classes always have three fundamental pillars: WE ARE ALWAYS LEARNING Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit; teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the world. Amen. Matthew 28:19-20 DISCIPLE PATH CONNECT 2. CONCEIVE 3. CREATE Present the class topic to students in an interesting and creative way, so that they open their hearts to the teaching. It is time to make students take ownership of the teaching and achieve a real understanding of the topic, through material that they enjoy studying and analyzing. It is the moment when students will have the opportunity to express what they have learned in a creative and personal way. It is when the student has passed the entire study plan and is ready to have a reunion with the Lord in order to begin to reproduce the vision and teachings he has acquired. Graduation It is that special time of experience with JESUS where our consecration to the Lord is reaffirmed and we accept the call that GOD makes on our lives to extend his kingdom. REUNION DISCIPLE
