Gender and adolescent ODA: Key findings Amount of gender- and adolescent-targeted ODA, 2016–2021 and SDG sector distribution In 2021, only 1% of all gender-and adolescent-targeted ODA (from the top 10 bilateral donors) went to girl and youth-led organisations . Amount of gender- and adolescent-targeted ODA flowing to girl-and youth-led organisations ‘Young people have specific needs. It’s not for us to tell them what those are, but to bring them into the process to design and programme in the form that works for them’. (Bilateral donor, KII)
