Google Earth Engine Google Earth Engine is a geospatial analysis platform for global-scale environmental monitoring. We use this tool for analyzing satellite imagery and creating maps for environmental conservation projects. Example for example Developing a deforestation monitoring system that alerts authorities or conservationists when illegal logging is detected in protected areas.

Google Earth Engine-Continued.. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) uses GEE for flood monitoring. NASA developed the Global Flood Monitoring System (GFMS) that processes satellite data to monitor flood extent and severity globally. National and international agencies use GFMS to support flood forecasting, warning, and management.

Google Assistant and Dialogflow . Google Assistant is a virtual assistant powered by AI. Dialogflow is a tool that allows developers to build conversational experiences (chatbots). We can use these technologies to create voice-enabled or chatbot solutions that simplify customer service or provide accessibility features. Forexample ; A chatbot for rural healthcare, guiding patients through basic first aid or connecting them to doctors.

Google Maps The Google Maps API allows developers to integrate maps into their web or mobile applications. We can use Google Maps to develop apps that rely on location-based services. Forexample : Developing a community-based navigation app to provide real-time information about safe routes during emergencies or disasters.

Firebase Firebase is a platform for building mobile and web applications that provide backend services like databases, authentication, analytics, and cloud storage. It helps students manage their app's backend infrastructure, saving time and resources. Forexample : Building a real-time chat application where users can communicate in community-based or emergency response scenarios.

Flutter Flutter is Google's UI toolkit for building natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop from a single codebase. Students can use Flutter to create fast, responsive apps that work on multiple platforms with a unified codebase. Forexample ; Building a cross-platform community feedback app that allows users to report local infrastructure issues (e.g., broken roads or electricity outages).

Android Android is the world's most widely used mobile operating system. Android Studio is the official IDE for Android app development. Googles official Language for Android development is Kotlin. Students can develop mobile apps for various purposes, such as educational tools, financial inclusion apps, or healthcare services. Example: A student project could create an e-learning app for remote education, providing educational resources to underserved communities.

TensorFlow TensorFlow is an open-source machine learning framework by Google. It is used to build and deploy machine learning models across a range of environments. It helps students implement AI in various fields, from image recognition to natural language processing (NLP). Example: A team could create a machine learning model for predicting crop diseases using image classification, helping farmers boost productivity.

Google AI Google AI focuses on advancing machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies. Google’s AI tools, including pre-trained models and APIs for NLP, image recognition, and more, enable students to integrate AI into their projects. Example: A smart city project that uses AI to monitor traffic patterns and optimize routes for emergency vehicles.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) GCP offers a suite of cloud computing services such as virtual machines, storage, databases, machine learning APIs, and serverless computing. Students can use GCP for scalable web applications, machine learning projects, and big data analytics. E.g Using Google BigQuery to analyze large datasets for community healthcare projects or deploying Google Cloud Functions for serverless web apps
