EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Pointer 360 Sdn Bhd (“POiNTER”) has been appointed by Get It Fresh Sdn Bhd (“Get It
Fresh” or the “Company”) on 18 January 2024 as the Independent Valuer to conduct a
valuation computation of the indicative market value of the company for an upcoming
equity crowdfunding exercise.

The valuation process undertaken by POiNTER encompassed an analysis of various
commonly employed methodologies for business valuation. This included assessment of
Get It Fresh’s future earnings potential as well as an array of various business
considerations and risk factors affecting its business.

In light of the historical operating track record of Get It Fresh's Directors and Management,
the indicative market value of Get It Fresh as of 3 April 2024, using the RVA and Discounted
Cash Flow Methodology is estimated at RINGGIT MALAYSIA TEN MILLION AND FOUR
HUNDRED THOUSAND (RM 10.4 Million) for the purpose of providing an indicative
valuation in preparation for a fundraising exercise.
