GFS Frac Tanks: The Next Generation of Fluid Storage
In the demanding world of oil and gas, agriculture, and industrial operations, the temporary storage of large
volumes of liquid is a critical challenge. The solution has long been the frac tank, a robust steel container
designed for rapid deployment and relocation. However, traditional frac tanks, often made of bare or coated
steel, are vulnerable to corrosion, a short lifespan, and high maintenance costs. Shijiazhuang Zhengzhong
Technology Co., Ltd. (Center Enamel) is revolutionizing this sector with our Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) frac
tanks, a solution that offers unparalleled durability, safety, and efficiency.
As a leading storage tank manufacturer worldwide. Center Enamel can provide Glass Lined Steel(GLS) tanks,
fusion bonded epoxy tanks, stainless steel tanks, galvanized steel tanks and aluminum geodesic dome roofs,
Wastewater and Biogas Project Equipments for global customers.

Understanding the Technology: Why GFS is Superior ??????
A GFS frac tank is built on the same principle as our renowned storage tanks. It's a large, mobile steel container, but its
interior is coated with a seamless, permanent layer of glass fused to the steel. This process is not a simple painting or
lining; it’s a metallurgical bond created by fusing an inert glass coating to high-quality steel sheets at temperatures over
820°C (1500°F). The result is a tank that is exceptionally resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and abrasion.
The GFS technology creates a powerful, impenetrable barrier that protects the steel from a wide range of corrosive fluids,
including brine, acids, and other chemicals common in hydraulic fracturing. This ensures a significantly longer service life
than traditional painted or epoxy-coated tanks, which are prone to chipping and peeling.
