5. INTRODUCTION GREE PAKISTAN is a subsidiary of GREE ELECTRIC APPLIANCES which is Chinese company and was established in 1989. GREE & GREE PAKISTAN are related but different entities. It is joint venture between China company and local Pakistani company . Gree Pakistan manufactures their own products and markets their products in Pakistan DWP group is sole distributor and official brand partner of GREE in Pakistan since 2005
