•The Haryana PSC (Haryana Public Service Commission) is a vital constitutional body that UPSC

Introduction

•A candidate for this exam must have graduated from a recognized university
with a bachelor’s degree in any field. However, Applicants in their last year of
a bachelor’s degree program can apply for the test. Besides, the final year
mark sheet or score sheet must be submitted before the HCS deadline.
•Besides this, applicants should get their degree certificate/mark sheet before
the HCS deadline. However, Candidates have 30 days after the exam
announcement to complete their HCS application.
•Nationality
•The candidate must be a native of India to apply for HPSC.
•Age Limit
•The age of candidates should not be less than 21 years. However, the upper
age limit for Haryana PSC applicants is 42 years. Moreover, On January 1st

HPSC Exam Syllabus
•The syllabus consists of General studies like history,
polity, the geography of India. In addition to this, the
culture of India and the economy of India. Aptitude,
reasoning as well as language proficiency, writing and
translation skills. The detailed study of optional subjects
is part of the syllabus. The syllabus is designed to check
the mental ability of candidates and their problem
assessment skills. In addition to the well-defined
syllabus for Prelims and mains examination, there is a
section for essay writing. The topics for this test mainly
focused on scientific, social, economic, Anthropological
issues. Vivid knowledge of state affairs is part of the
syllabus.
HPSC Exam Pattern
•Prelims test:
•To test general awareness and analytical as well as
reasoning aptitude of the candidates
•Mains Test:
•This exam is designed to assess students’ language
fluency, reading and writing skills. The subjective
knowledge of applicants is also checked. The mains exam
has an essay writing exam as well. Moreover, The essay
writing exam is structured to test the ability to write a well-
thought-out piece of writing. However, The ability to
communicate logically and knowledge of the chosen topic
is checked.
•Interview:
•The HPAS Viva-voce is the exam’s final stage. Applicants
who pass the HPAS mains exam are invited to an
interview. However, The discussion will occur in the
Panchkula office of the Haryana PSC. The interviewers
may ask you questions regarding current events of national
and international relevance.

•Candidates who applied for the HCS exam 2021 will receive their
admit cards shortly. The test will take place on September 12,
2021. However, The exam will be held in two sessions. The first
shift runs from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Besides, The second shift will
take place from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants should obtain their
admit card as soon as possible. HPSC releases admit cards for
preliminary and mains tests separately. The link to download the
admit card is available on the official Website of HPSC. Applicants
will have to provide a valid registration ID and password in order to
download the Admit card.

•The Haryana Public Service Commission announces the results of
the qualified applicants. The result will be out once the
examination process is done. However, The results of the three
phases, i.e. Preliminary, Main, and Interview, will be declared

HPSC, where they will find the result of all the exams. The
availability of results for prelims and mains exam varies. However,
HPSC publishes the result as a PDF file, and it can be

•The candidates must next select the ‘Screening test’ link option to
view the preliminary exam results.
•Aspirants must go to the next page and search for their
preliminary results. Aspirants can download the PDF copy of the
HPPSC HPAS result.
How to Check the HPSC

http://hpsc.gov.in/en-us/.
•Once you are on the Website, click on Apply now.
•Secondly, The online registration link will show up. To register on that portal,
applicants will click on the new user sign up.
•Then, Provide the required information asked there. Moreover, Click on create
user tab, and you will have your user registration.
•Moreover, The next step is to press click here to apply
•The candidates need to provide the required details like educational
qualification, address, other essential details, etc.
•Complete the previous steps. Besides, Upload the scanned image of the
signature and photograph as per the guidelines.

•To complete the entire HPSC Application form fill-up process successfully, the

A. If you are a fresh candidate, you need to register on the web portal using the NEW USER REGISTRATION link.

A. As per the recent pay commission, the estimated salary of SDM in Haryana is 15600-39100 + Rs. 5400 /-grade pay.
