•PROJECT SCOPE:
The project aims to create a mixed-use development that includes retail
shops, commercial offices, and residential spaces in the form of apartments.
•OBJECTIVE:
The objective is to rejuvenate a central area of Stockholm, enhancing
pedestrian accessibility & integrating building with city’s historical context.

The building is located in
the city centre of Stockholm.
The site is located in a junction with immediate access to main road.

•The building is zoned as a
commercial area in the lower part.
•Offices in all the higher levels.
•Residential Area in higher levels of
north Eastern part of the building.
•Building has direct access to road.
•There are other entries from the
back for retail areas.
•Presidents have separate
entrances to enter.
•Parking and bicycle access is
provided in the back side to
avoid congestion in the front.
•Building has various levels of
terrace areas green spaces.
•Residents access the green spaces
and use it as a relaxation space.
•PEDESTRIAN NETWORKING:
•The pedestrian access in the
retail area is designed to
provide an absolute view of
all shops for branding.

certain distances to prevent
monotonicity.

is managed by a long
corridor in the centre and
