What We Do Dimension Data propose new HCI - VxRail in DC The HCI should be able to support all existing and new VMs, including VMware management components Spesifications of HCI: E560 1U1N, INTEL CPU GD 6138 2.0G 20C 40T 1S F, 6x16GB RDIMM + 6x32GB RDIMM, 1x800GB CACHE SSD, 3x1.92TB CAPACITY SAS 2.5IN SSD

Scope of Work Physical Works Mounting, cabling, labelling VxRail Installation Collects VxRail configuration details including physical and logical requirements, network elements, IP, ToR Switch details, VLAN information, vCenter Configures VxRail & Verifies post installation logs for any errors Verifies nodes are added to the VxRail Upgrades all nodes in the VxRail to latest software version Install & OS on top VM Migration Define vSAN Datastore as the target location Migrating physical machines to vSAN using Vmware Converter Post migration check

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Maintenance Period : Maintenance period from Dimension Data is 36 months. Dimension Data will do preventive maintenance (PM) work in four times a year during the maintenance period. ( Schedule of preventive maintenance will be defined with the client ) Dimension Data will perform corrective maintenance with back to back SLA with Principal Support. Location NTT Nexcenter Window Services: 8 hours a day and 5 days in a week Maintenance Services

Service support : 8x5 (on call basis) Engineer will be onsite to perform troubleshooting if required. (within 4 hours) Upgrade / patching / service pack on devices that are included in maintenance in accordance with the Principal recommendations triggered by incident. Provide principal warranty related to provided hardware and software 3 (three) years for new provisioning (36 months) Support Services
