Telephonic Conversation “ It’s the 15 th anniversary of Headstart and hence for celebrating this occasion we have come up with an offer “AVSAR” for the recruiters of Vidarbha region exclusively. In this offer we’ll be charging you just Rs. 5000/- per hire + Service Tax (@12.36%) instead of 8.33% of annual salary + Service Tax (@12.36%) which accounts to one month’s salary of the employee & if you recruit a person with our regular services and the monthly salary is just Rs. 8000/- even then you’ll have to pay Rs. 8000/- for recruitment hence this offer is an always win situation for you as you’ll only be paying Rs. 5000/- per hire for a salary slab upto 4 lacs per annum. The Headstart team will be responsible for the prescreening of the candidates in accordance with your requirements and also we will conduct 1 st round of interview telephonic or one to one in our premises so that you don’t have to waste your time for non-suitable candidates. The Experience Kaya Skin Clinic is a sister concern of Marico Group. They expertise in skin treatment specially. The customer care executive (CCE) is the front face of their clinic. They always look for a smart female candidate whose own skin is pretty clear and fair. I called approximately 700 candidates for this opening in Hyderabad and Bangalore and some in Mumbai as well. There were very few candidates who fulfilled all the criteria. Some major issues present were: Not ready for going to Mumbai for training There were many Christian candidates who were not comfortable to work on Sundays. Skin issue Many of the candidates were not graduates as well and this point couldn’t get noticed because they didn’t mention in the resume. A lot of calls were unanswered as many of them were working in retail sector hence sometimes they were not able to receive the calls during working hours Out of 700 candidates only 10 finally went for the interview and the process is still on.
