Heart Disease Diagnostic - Analysis Detailed Project Report Presented by: Shahnawaz Quadri

Project Details Project Title: Heart Disease Diagnostic – Analysis Technology: Data Analysis Domain: Healthcare Project Difficulty Level: Advanced Programming Language Used: Python Tools Used: Jupyter Notebook, MS-Excel, MS-Power BI

Objective The goal of this project is to analyze the occurrence of heart disease based on a combination of features that describe heart disease.

Problem Statement Health is real wealth. During the pandemic, we realized the brutal effects of COVID-19 on everyone, regardless of status. This project analyzes health and medical data for better future preparation. A dataset was formed by considering information from 303 individuals.

Important Parameters Age: Major risk factor; risk triples each decade. Sex: Men have a higher risk; post-menopausal women's risk equals men's. Resting Blood Pressure: High BP damages arteries, increasing risk. Fasting Blood Sugar: High blood sugar increases heart attack risk. Cholesterol: High LDL and triglycerides increase risk; high HDL lowers risk. Resting ECG: Benefits of screening vary with risk levels. Max Heart Rate: Higher heart rates correlate with higher risk. ST Depression: Indicates severe coronary disease and high cardiac event risk.

Insights 45.87% People suffering from heart disease. More men are from age category >50 and females from category >55. Elderly people (>55) are more prone to heart disease. Men are more prone to heart disease.

Population Analysis Higher incidence of heart disease in elderly (age >55). Men are more prone to heart disease. High number of asymptomatic chest pain cases in elderly. Higher number of men suffering from asymptomatic pain.

Symptoms and Risk Factors Chest Pain: Asymptomatic chest pain has a higher chance of heart disease. Blood Pressure: Increases between ages 50-60. Cholesterol & Max Heart Rate: Increase in the age group of 50-60. ST Depression: Increases mostly between ages 30-40.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Percentage of People Having Heart Disease Age Distribution including Gender Gender Distribution Based on Heart Disease Chest Pain Experienced by People Suffering from Heart Disease Blood Pressure, Cholesterol Level, and Maximum Heart Rate of People According to Their Age and Heart Disease Patients ST Depression Experienced by People According to Their Age and Heart Disease
