WHEN TO SEEK FOR
HELP
SOME OF THE SIGNS WE SHOULD LOOK OUT ARE:
Feeling depressed or "down" for extended
periods of time without a clear cause,
such as the loss of a loved one
Observable mood swings between the
extremes of high and low
Worrying excessively or continuously
about a stressful occurrence or situation
Feeling empty or uninterested in certain
aspects
Angry, hostile, or violent outbursts
Having trouble empathizing with the ideas
and feelings of others or difficulty being
sympathetic and understanding of others
Suicidal ideas or actions, self-injury
behaviors
Experiencing "lost time" or having
significant memory gaps
Withdrawing from friends, family, or social
events you liked
Experiencing delusions and hallucinations

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Normalize asking for help without being too dependent on others.
Asking for help is a sign of strength too!
Let’s break that stigma of asking for help!
It’s completely Self
Empowering to say: “I
am not ok & that’s
ok!”
