What textures can you see or feel? What’s important about the texture? Is there an overall shape? Can you see smaller shapes? Is shape important? Process What process has the artist used? (painting, print, drawing, mosaic, mural?) What tools and materials would the artist have used? Would it have taken a long time to produce or is it a quick process? Mood How does the work make you feel? What does the work make you think about? Do you like it or dislike it? Why? Interpretation What do you think its about? What do you think was the artists intention?
