Incase, you have not received your Final year Marksheet (6th Sem) and Passing Certificate and Degree / Convocation Certificate, you can submit an Affidavit-cum-Undertaking that you ask leave to apply for Sanad, and as soon as you receive the Marksheet/ Degree certificate you will submit it within 30 days. Incase, the applicant does not submit within 30 days, his Sanad can be cancelled by the Bar Council. Both these Affidavits must be typed on Rs. 100 Non-judicial Stamp paper and also notarised by Notary public. (The format will be given to you by the Bar Council along with the form).

Submit these notarised photocopies alongwith the forms and pay the fees. They will then verify the documents and issue an acknowledgment receipt for payment of enrolment fees. The Bar Council will give you a booklet of “Extract of Enrolment Rules, Standards of Professional Conduct and Etiquette.” (rules, duties of advocate, dress code, professional ethics, etc.)

This entire procedure can be done online. Kindly go through Bar Council website.

The list of applicants for whom the Sanad is issued, will be uploaded on the BCMG website, after which you can go and collect it personally. Once you get Sanad (Enrolment Certificate) and Advocate ID card, you can apply using your enrolment number for AIBE XVI.
