2. Enterprise Introduction In this slide, we’ll discuss on how to configure deliver content by Email in Odoo 18 Sales module. The purpose of the "Deliver content by Email" feature in Odoo 18 Sales is to streamline communication and enhance customer engagement throughout the sales process. It allows us to send emails directly from within the sales module, saving time and ensuring consistency in messaging.

3. Enterprise To enable deliver content by email, we can go to Configuration -> Settings in the sales module.

4. Enterprise After enabling, to set the email template for the product, we can go to Products and click on Accounting tab.

5. Enterprise In the Accounting tab, we can choose the email template for the delivery content.

6. Enterprise After choosing the template, we can go to the internal link of the template to see the body of the template.

7. Enterprise After configuring outgoing server and setting proper email for the customer, we can create a sale order with that customer and choose the product in which we added the email template for automatic email at invoice. Then we can confirm the sale order.

8. Enterprise After confirming, we can complete the delivery by validating the transfer.

9. Enterprise Then we can create invoice by clicking on create invoice button.

10. Enterprise U pon confirming the invoice the email will be sent to the customer.
