How to Configure Extra Steps During Checkout in Odoo 17 Website App Enterprise
Introduction Enterpr ise Odoo websites allow us to add an extra step during the checkout process to collect additional information from customers. This can be useful for gathering details that aren't necessarily covered by standard shipping and billing addresses.
Enterprise First, we can go to Configuration->Settings of the Website module to enable the extra step during checkout option.
Enterprise After enabling this and saving the changes, we can configure the form.
Enterprise From here we can customise the checkout pages and add any blocks we require in checkout page.
Enterprise After creating an order, in this Extra info page, we can add the details like reference number and give our feedback. Also we can upload any document regarding this order.
Enterprise Completing the payment, we can confirm the order. These extra details can be seen if we go to My Account and choose the sale order of which we want to know the details.

Enterprise The Feedback is shown under Communication History.
