How to Configure Manufacturing in One Step Odoo 17 Manufacturing App

This slide will represent how to configure manufacturing in one step in odoo 17. One-Step manufacturing is designed to streamline production processes for businesses that produce finished goods from raw materials in a single, well-defined step.

1. How to Configure Manufacturing in One Step Odoo 17 Manufacturing App Enterprise

2. Introduction Enterpr ise This slide will represent how to configure manufacturing in one step in odoo 17. One-Step manufacturing is designed to streamline production processes for businesses that produce finished goods from raw materials in a single, well-defined step.

3. Enterprise First, we can go to Configuration -> Settings of the inventory module to enable the multi step route.

4. Enterprise From here enable the multi step routes for the warehouse.

5. Enterprise To enable one step manufacturing, we can go to Configuration-> Warehouses in Inventory module.

6. Enterprise In the Warehouse, choose the manufacture in one step.

7. Enterprise Next, for manufacturing a product, we can go to manufacturing module and inside the product we can set the components needed for manufacturing the product by clicking on the BOM materials.

8. Enterprise This is how we add the components in the BOM.

9. Enterprise Under the operations tab, we can see the operation that is going to perform under the work center mentioned.

10. Enterprise Since we are going to manufacture the product, we can choose the BOM type as Manufacture this product

11. Enterprise Now, we can create a manufacturing order by moving to Operations tab and choose manufacturing order.

12. Enterprise By clicking on New button, we can create new manufacturing order.

13. Enterprise In the form view, we can choose the BOM of the product which we need to manufacture the product.

14. Enterprise We can confirm the manufacturing order by clicking on confirm button.

15. Enterprise After confirming the order, we can plan the manufacture by clicking on the Plan button.

16. Enterprise After clicking on Plan button, we can start the manufacturing process by clicking on the start button in operations tab.

17. Enterprise Now the MO will be in In Progress state and we can either pause or done or block the manufacturing process.

18. Enterprise After finishing the manufacturing process, we can click on Done and the status changes to Finished in operation. Now the MO will be in To close stage.

19. Enterprise To close the MO, we can go to the shop floor module to complete the process.

20. Enterprise In the shop floor, we can choose the work center in which we manufacture our product.

21. Enterprise After registering the production we can close the production by clicking on the Close production button.

22. Enterprise In the manufacturing module, we can see the MO is in done state.

23. Enterprise In the Form view, we can see all details regarding the MO.
