Odoo Accounting's Automatic Transfers feature automates the creation of fixed, periodic journal entries, eliminating manual data input. You configure a template defining the accounts and frequency, which is then used by Odoo's scheduler to handle recurring transactions like rent or depreciation. 2. Enterprise Introduction When you need to move money between accounts over a set duration of time, then we can utilize automated transfers. In this slide we are going to check how we can configure automatic transfers on Odoo 18 Accounting.

3. Enterprise First go to the Accounting module; from the Accounting menu, Choose the Transfers option. We can create an automatic transfer by entering the name of the transfer, start date, end date, and the frequency of the transfer. Then we can select the Journal for this automatic transfer.

4. Enterprise And the affected accounts are the Origin Account and Automated Transfer. Here the origin account is the source account and the Account configured in the Automated Transfer is the Destination account. We can add a percentage of the amount for the transfer.
