The following slides

Select settings on top-right

Click ADD ANOTHER ACCOUNT

(following window will open)Enter the Gmail
address of the account that you’d like to
grant access and click next step.

Click SEND EMAIL TO GRANT ACCESS.

Then the respctive user will receive an email
that they got access to read and write mails
to anyone on behalf of other account.

Now all of your accounts will get zipped int
this single account.

By clicking your account profile picture it
drops down all the accounts you merged!

Don’t forget that GOOGLE will take around
30minutes for verification.
