Doubles Another mechanic that is in this game is the rule of doubles Doubles is when two of the same card are placed on top of one another For example a 2 of hearts is placed down and then a 2 of clubs is placed on top of it This is a double and the first person to slap their hand onto the pile can claim it as their own

8. Doubles Part 2 Doubles aren’t limited to number cards, it also works with face cards For example an Ace is played and the next player places an Ace immediately after Then the rule of doubles comes in and the first to slap the pile can claim it as theirs

Sandwich The final rule is the sandwich rule What a Sandwich is, is a Double split by another card An example would be a 4 of clubs is played, then a Jack of hearts, then a 4 of spades Normally the pile would go to the one who played the Jack but in this case it goes to the first one to touch the pile
