1. Design number = pattern and construction. Same design number could have multiple legacy style number listed in
Po.
2, BOM number = same material.one design number could have multiple BOM number based on different

4 Carryover = indicate if this isa carryover style, Factory should also base on the latest season carryover style for

5. Style Sketches

* This is the visual reference of the
styles, it may or may not updated after
the sample approved.

The design style number is started with
D, then 4 digit. This means same
pattern block. There could be multiple
merchant style number listed in PO
under same design style number.

For carryover style with no change,
there is no tech pack created for
current season, Vendor should use the
latest season tech pack for production.

6. Bill of
Material

* The shell material, trim
material and all marketing
trims like price ticket,
hangtags, hangers should be
listed.

If it needs individual polyba
due to light color, it should be
indicated.

If there is extra tissue paper or
cardboard needed, also need
to listed here.

Factory should follow the RD#
listed to order. Any unclear
information, pls contact GIS

7. Pattern

There could be sample comments in
both wordings and pictures/ sketches
that factory should correct in bulk
production which is showed in fitting
sample.

Factory should always make sure that
all the sample comments should be
corrected and show in Pre-Production
samples.

If the comment is not possible,
vendor needed to communicate to
Brand Tech to ensure there clear
understanding of bulk acceptance
range with approval comment
uploaded in Tech Pack.

9. Fitting on
Dummy

10. Measurement
Chart — QC sheet

Vendor can use the measurement
chart QC sheet to review the
measurement that Brand Tech
measured in fitting sample so as to
adjusting how to measure handling
to ensure measurement is correct
as Brand Tech,

There are How to Measure
Appendix at Tech Pack, but not
mandatory. If any questions, always
ask the Brand Tech.

11. Full size spec

Factory should ensure only use
Milestones = Final.

POM full name in P88 Quality Plan =
POM + Description + POM Variation in
PLM Centric.

There is daily update for PLM MC to
P88 by system.

Any wrong information in PLM MC,
vendor should contact Brand Tech
listed under “Created By”. The email
address is

Vendor should always use the latest
modified date.

12. Product Safety

* If for kids and baby product or any
production applicable, there could
be product safety related reminder
in the document.

+ Even this document is missing in
PLM, vendor should always review
the Product Safety Regulatory (PSR)
SOP in GSL.

13. Construction
Sheet

+ This sheet list out all the seam
construction detail like SPI, stitch type,
seam allowance, special requirement for
that seam.

This is not always available. When not
available. Pls follow construction of
approved sample.

There could be construction hidden inside
the garment, factory should always cut
and ensure all construction are followed
in bulk,

It is encouraged for vendor sample room
to update the detail construction for
transparency.
